Slackwater What the Fog?!

Overview

Slackwater What the Fog?! Review

Bursting on to the local scene at the 24th Annual Okanagan Fest of Ale, Penticton’s newest brewery, Slackwater Brewing debuted a range of beers that wowed those present at the venerable event.

This Northeast Hazy IPA pours a cloudy gold with satisfying head and lacing. Along with the fruity and piney hops, a very slight astringency leaves a pleasant tingle on the palate.

As far as the style goes, What The Fog is an easy-drinking version of an East Coast IPA. Perhaps a good introduction to the style for those who aren’t ready for a pulpy, opaque brew.
