Parallel 49 Brewing: Trash Panda IPA

Overview

Parallel 49 Brewing: Trash Panda IPA Review

A nice take on the NE style IPA. Not as fruity as some NE IPAs but it’s well balanced and very approachable. 5.5% and sold in 355ml cans.

Being a Northeast-style hazy IPA, it’s a medium amber, cloudy, and pours a thick head with good retention.

The pear, apple, orange, slight spicy notes and earthiness come through. Well balanced.

Citrus, floral, and earthy notes with a bit of pepper. Has a crisp smell to it.

Good body and carbonation, no astringency.
