Lighthouse x Town Square – In Cahoots Dark Cherry Sour

Overview

Lighthouse x Town Square – In Cahoots Dark Cherry Sour Review

Lighthouse Brewing has released a special collaboration with Edmonton’s Town Square Brewing called In Cahoots. It’s a dark cherry sour that both beer lovers and cider lovers can get behind. The aroma and flavour are consistent with each other: a cider-like tart fruit beer that’s not overbearingly sour.

After pouring with a minor head, the liquid quickly settles to a still state, with almost zero lacing. For those that enjoy cider and fruity wines, it will be reminiscent of those.

It’s a satisfying balance of fruit and tart. Those that don’t like sweet fruit beers might enjoy this. Wine drinkers fond of a rose, or those that like a tart, dry cider, might find this could be their gateway to beer drinking!
