Driftwood Brewery – 2013 Singularity Russian Imperial Stout Review Driftwood Brewery seems to have a knack with their seasonal beers. One beer that has become a bit of a legend is the Singularity Russian Imperial Stout. Being topped with a wax coating this beer is easily cellered but is also quite drinkable today.
