Vice & Virtue Brewing- The Homewrecker Hazy IPA

Overview

Vice & Virtue Brewing- The Homewrecker Hazy IPA Review

What started out as a backyard home brewing hobby turned out into a 10 Barrel ‘state of the art’ system that opened in Kelowna in 2018. Vice & Virtue started off  with an innovative line up of beers and uses locally sourced supplies including grains from Gambrinus Malting in Armstrong BC.

This Homewrecker Hazy IPA pours  an opaque, slightly hazy copper colour with a huge foamy mousse and long lasting head. The aroma is tropical and stone fruit and very inviting! There is just enough bitterness to call this an IPA, but the combination of Citra, Eldorado and Mosaic hops make this beer a real juicy hop bomb. This ale is medium bodied, light carbonation and a slightly dry finish, tasting like a 6 % IPA but at 7.4% is dangerously very drinkable.

If you enjoy Hazy IPA’s you will certainly need to seek this one out!
