When people think about Four Winds,the award winners Nectarous and Juxtapose come to mind, but did you know that have a series of low alcohol beers? The series is named Notus,  after the Greek God of the South winds and is a low alcohol, yet approachable and full flavoured series of beers.Velo, a hazy American pale ale is just one of the beers in this series and available during the Spring & Summer months.

This pale ale pours a light golden colour with a minimal off white moussey foam.If you are a fan of citrus, lemons or lemon juice, you will love the fresh aroma ,like freshly squeezed lemons! The flavour and aromas of fresh lemons is backed up by medium carbonation with just enough malt backbone to keep this beer from being too tart. And, to make this ale just a bit more interesting there is an additional of pink Himalayan salt.

This beer has the perfect blend of a fruit beer meets pale ale, low enough in alcohol to enjoy as a sessionalable ale and yet so full of flavour that the pale ale lovers and fruit lovers alike will enjoy it. Refreshing for the Spring and Summer months for sure!
