Whitecaps FC Teams Up With Phillips on Villager Kölsch

Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Phillips Brewing are set to release The Villager Hazy Kolsch collaboration craft beer.

Eight kegs of the distinctive brew will be available on tap ahead of tomorrow’s home game against D.C. United at The Warmup, the Whitecaps FC’s new pre-game party.

At The Warmup this Saturday from 2-6:45 PM, Phillips Brewing & Malting Co. will also be pouring a range of their craft beers for ONLY $5 (tip: that’s just a tad less than the going rate in the stadium, so have more than one). There are food trucks and games, and admission is free, with all ages allowed into the beer garden. It’s got to be the #1 option for a pre-game warmup… hence the name.

The Villager will also be available in select BC private liquor stores.
