Phillips toasts release of BC Collab Beer: Triple Dry-Hopped Lager

Triple Dry-Hopped Lager Collaboration Brew – 5.2% – 473mL

October 3rd, 2018:  October is officially BC Craft Beer Month!  To celebrate, we partnered up with the BC Craft Brewers Guild and some of our industry friends to brew a special Triple Dry-Hopped Lager.  From collaboration on recipe and brewing with BREWHALL, to label and packaging contributions from West Coast Canning and IMS, this truly is an industry-wide collaboration.  As such, the group felt it was only fitting to donate the proceeds to a special brewery related scholarship, created and administered by the BC Hospitality Foundation.  Oh yeah, the beer is also delicious!

This hoppy lager delivers big hop flavours and aromas without being overly bitter. Triple dry-hopped over an extensive cold lagering period, passionfruit, grapefruit and tropical fruit aromas erupt from the can, while subtle notes of wheat and lightly toasted malts play quietly in the background. This perfectly balanced. crisp and refreshing beer is a light and highly drinkable spin on a lager.

You can find this special collaboration for a on tap for a limited time at BREWHALL, Tap & Barrel, and TAPshack.  473mL tall cans can be found at private, craft-focused retailers, Phillips brewery, and select BCLDB stores around the province.

Special thanks to all of our collaboration partners, including:
