Old Yale Brewing Releases Spruce Tip White IPA
Old Yale Brewing, a craft brewery based in BC’s adventure playground, Chilliwack, continues to blaze new trails using their 20+ years of successful brewing (including Canadian Brewing Awards “Beer of the Year” win for their Sasquatch Stout in 2014). Today, Old Yale Brewing announced the release of their newest Trailblazer beer, Spruce Tip White IPA.

Malt: Pilsner, Wheat

Witbier meets West Coast IPA in our exciting new release! Brewed with Coriander and bitter Orange Peel, our wheat forward IPA is fermented warm to elevate the spicy Belgian yeast characteristics. Local Spruce Tip infused Centennial and Chinook hops provide a resinous Grapefruit and Lemon bouquet.
