Old Yale Brewing Releases Fireside Spiced Tea Radler

Old Yale Brewing, a craft brewery based in BC’s adventure playground, Chilliwack, continues to blaze new trails using their 20+ years of successful brewing (including Canadian Brewing Awards “Beer of the Year” win for their Sasquatch Stout in 2014). Today, Old Yale Brewing announced the release of their newest beer series, Tea Radler Series.

Following its hugely successful launch of the Juicy Peach Tea Radler this past Summer, Old Yale Brewing is launching an all new Simply Steeped Tea Radler Series. To kick off this new line, they’ve created their newest Radler, Fireside Spiced Tea Radler.

“Our Juicy Peach Tea Radler was an enormous success for us this summer. When we first developed the concept, we knew we had created something incredible, that had a lot of exciting opportunities for further flavours. We’ve decided to run with this concept, and are creating an entire series of these delicious, sessionable, refreshing Radlers simply steeped with custom blended local teas.” – stated Zach Van Leeuwen, General Manager.

ABV: 4.0%

The Radler is a light Golden Ale simply steeped with a delicious blend of Orange Chai. A refreshing and crisp beer with a strong Cinnamon character and a hint of spice, it’s the perfect easy-drinking brew to enjoy fireside.

“We were really happy with the flavour profile of our Peach Radler and how it captured the Summer-beer desires of our customers, so when we decided to create a Fall/Winter version, we knew we had to do the same. The Orange Chai in our Spiced Tea Radler offers a Cinnamon and Spice characters while still being an easy-drinking Golden Ale blend. This is a Radler we’re confident our customers will be on the lookout for this Fall and Winter.” – stated Nick Fengler, Brewmaster.

Fireside Spiced Tea Radler is available now in 355ml 6-packs and on tap in the Tasting Room and will be sold in Private Liquor stores in the next few weeks.
