Four Winds Releases New Batch of 2020 Sovereign Super Saison
Since opening our doors in the summer of 2013, we’ve brewed a good number of beers. Some of our favourites have come and gone throughout the years in order to keep up with demand and to allow us to continue experimenting with new styles. But our love for the original beers in each series has never wavered. This is why when we say that the new batch of 2020 Sovereign Super Saison is here, you can understand our excitement! We haven’t brewed this Eurus Series classic in four years and we can’t wait to share it with all of you.
SOVEREIGN SUPER SAISON // 8.5% – 20 IBU // Our Super Saison is pale in appearance with hues of straw, projecting aromas of candied orange and red apple. Through Mixed fermentation and assertive dry-hopping comes a unique and complex balance of fruity esters, elderflower, and spice.
