Four Winds New Release – ACID RAZZ Farmhouse Ale

ACID RAZZ // 6% – 10 IBUs // Acid Razz was fermented with Sacch Trois and Lactobacillus. It was aged in oak barrels on raspberries with Brettanomyces for a year, then finished on fresh raspberries with a light dry-hop before packaging. While the aging process and yeasts used provide a tart element to this beer, you also get a big wallop of raspberries in every sip, making for a juicy treat. It’s the perfect beer to top-off a crazy summer.⁣

4 x 473 mL cans of Acid Razz are available to purchase in our tasting room and through our online shop here. We will begin shipping flats out to shops across B.C. starting next week.
