Four Winds Brewing Releases Perzik Table Beer and Nørwood Farmhouse Ale

PERZIK
BELGIAN-STYLE TABLE BEER WITH PEACHES

SYNOPSIS: A Belgian-style table beer made with peaches. Aromatic, simple, bright, and incredibly refreshing.

TASTING NOTES: Peach orchard aroma, lemon zest, stone-fruit, subtle peach flavour, light and spritzy.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Fresh mozzarella, prosciutto with cantaloupe, yellow heirloom tomato salad, brined grilled pork chop, charcuterie.

BREWER’S NOTES: “To truly take advantage of BC’s bountiful stone-fruit crop, we wanted to make an easy-drinking Belgian table beer for those hot summer days. We’ve carbonated Perzik high to give it a spritzy-lightness, making it extra refreshing.” – Brent Mills (Brewmaster)

NØRWOOD
BARREL FERMENTED DRY-HOPPED FARMHOUSE ALE

SYNOPSIS: A Farmhouse Ale with notes of citrus, pineapple and a nice Brett funk.

TASTING NOTES: A funky tropical pineapple aroma, notes of citrus, pineapple, Brett funk, medium body, perceived juiciness with a dry finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Oka Cheese, country pate, buttered poached sablefish (or any white fish), pork dishes.

BREWER’S NOTES: “Nørwood is fermented warm with Norwegian yeast Kveik in an open-top foeder. We then transfer the beer into Okanagan red wine barrels for a 3-month secondary fermentation. Next, we transfer Nørwood into stainless steel tanks and dry-hop it just before packaging. We then let the beer condition in bottles for a few months longer.” – Brent Mills (Brewmaster)
