Four Winds Brewing Releases Clairvoyance Wild Farmhouse Ale

Spring is that time of year where you start to crave something nice and cool to drink. Sometimes that’s a beer, other times it’s a cider or a wine. If only there was one drink that could do all of that at once. One drink to rule them all. Well say hello to Clairvoyance, the newest collaboration with our friends at Nomad Cider. This farmhouse ale was fermented with the native yeast on the skin of Nomad Estate cider apples. Originally conditioned in an oak foeder, Clairvoyance was then conditioned in stainless steel on Pinot Noir pomace for another two months. The result is an effervescent, pucker-inducing nod to the three drinks that usher in the Spring: Beer, Cider and Wine.

Availability: For sale through our online shop and through the takeout window at the Four Winds tasting room as of Tuesday May 5th. Shipping out to shops across the province throughout the week.

Tasting Notes: tart and sour but light, effervescent, funky, notes of pinot noir grapes.

Food Pairings: salty crackers with a tangy goat cheese, prosciutto, fresh radicchio salad, duck saltimbocca, honey glazed carrots, braised collard greens, strawberries.
