Bomber Brewing Apex Double Pilsner

Doubling Down On Apex – Bomber Releases Apex Double Pilsner

Bomber Brewing Releases The Second In Its Apex Series – Apex Double Pilsner

Bomber Brewing Apex Double Pilsner Made with 100% Pilsner malt, this giant of a lager comes in at a hefty 6.8% but is somehow twice as drinkable as your typical Pilsner. Brewed with a blend of traditional Noble hops and new world aromatics, this feels more like an IPA than a traditional German lager. The huge nose on this monster Double Pilsner comes from the double dry-hopping using a blend of Citra, Simcoe, Ella, and Enigma hops. This is the epitome of a crisp and aromatic Pilsner.

About Apex Double Pilsner:
Appearance: Golden yellow, firm white head
Aroma: Crisp, bready Pilsner malts, leafy citrus notes
Flavour: Hop forward but balanced with grass, biscuit, and honey flavours
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with medium carbonation, dry finish

ABV = 6.8%
Original Gravity = 1.066
Bitterness = 48 IBU
Colour = 3.6 SRM
Apex Double Pilsner is available now in kegs, 650ml bottles, and on tap in our Bomber tasting room
