Dead Frog Brewery Releases Mandarin Orange Kettle Sour for the Holidays

Dead Frog Brewery has a fresh sour just in time for the holidays, the limited-edition Mandarin Orange Kettle Sour.

“We created the Mandarin Orange Kettle Sour with the idea of introducing a single batch winter sour beer,” says Dead Frog Brewmaster Cole Smith. “The Mandarin Orange Kettle Sour is the just right amount of sour combined with a fresh burst of festive mandarin. We’ve been pushing to use local hops and malts in some of our recent beers, and we’re happy that the Mandarin Orange Kettle Sour is made with all BC grown hops and malts.’”

Mandarin Orange Kettle Sour

A juicy bright amber ale with a splash of fresh orange, a crisp malt base, and a refreshing sour finish. Brewed with local malts and hops. ABV 6.5% – IBU 8.

Single batch brew available November and December.

The Mandarin Orange Kettle Sour will be launched at Dead Frog Brewery’s Sour Ass Saturday on Saturday, November 9th. The release party will feature the Mandarin Orange Kettle Sour in Tall Can 4 Packs and on tap, as well as the Tasting Room exclusive Uber Nutter Imperial Nut Brown Ale. Dead Frog will also feature their EXTRA hot Warhead Wings for the day, with so much heat that you have to sign a waiver just to try one.

The Mandarin Orange Kettle Sour will be available at Liquor Stores across BC, at Dead Frog’s new Brewery & Tasting Room in Langley BC, and at select craft beer pouring pubs and restaurants across BC.
