Bomber Brewing Releases the Cinder Ale Smoked Altbier

BOMBER BREWING’S NEWEST RELEASE IS A THEATRICAL EVENT
CINDER ALE Smoked Altbier: Our latest collaboration is not with a brewery but with fellow East Van’ers, The Cultch, and Theatre Replacement. In conjunction with their holiday production, Cinderella: An East Van Panto, we have created a perfectly inspired altbier for the event. The stars of Cinder Ale are German beech smoked malt and noble hops, Spalter and Hallertauer. With a portion of all sales going to support amazing theater in East Van, and a promotional code on every bottle to use toward tickets, even evil stepsisters would approve.
About Cinder Ale:
Appearance: Dark brown with reddish hues.
Aroma: Malty backbone with mild smoke and noble hop overtones.
Flavour: Good balance of malt and hops, light smoke flavour
Mouthfeel: Medium body with medium-high carbonation.
ABV = 4.9%
Original Gravity = 1.050
Bitterness = 29 IBU
Colour = 10 SRM
Cinder Ale is available now in kegs, 650ml bottles, and on tap in the Bomber Brewing tasting room.
