Tree Brewing Amigo Mexican Amber Lager ReviewTree Brewing Co. – Amigo Mexican Amber Lager Review

In the trend of releasing Mexican-styled beers the Amigo is an Amber Lager from Kelowna’s Tree Brewing.. This beer is 4.0% alcohol and comes in 355ml cans. Pouring from the can it is a dark amber colour and is topped with nearly three fingers of lacing head. The aroma is malty with a caramel sweetness, mellow toasted character and subtle hop tones. The flavour is big in the malt category with a big body, mellow sweetness and bone dry finish. This may not be as crushable as some Mexican beers but it does have more flavour making it a great beer for next to the lake or just about anywhere else on a BC summer’s day.

Alcohol – 4.0%
Size – 6 x 355ml cans
