Hearthstone Brewery – Atlantic Pale Ale
Hearthstone Brewery adds a little West Coast flair to a classic English-style Pale Ale with their new Atlantic Pale Ale. The beer pours from the 355mL can a clear golden colour with three fingers of white, fluffy head leaving plenty of lacing behind. The aroma of this pale ale is of herbs and grass, plus notes of bread, caramel and a hint of fruit. In the mouth the grainy and bready malt tones become prominent with floral, earthy and herbal notes joining in later. The beer has a surprisingly light body with a quick and clean finish that leaves a subtle lingering bitterness behind.
