R&B Brewing Mt Pleasant Saison ReviewR&B Brewing Co. – Mt Pleasant Saison Review

The R&B Brewing Company’s second release in the Mount Pleasant Series of limited release beers is a saison. This beer pours from the bomber bottle a colour of golden-straw that is quite hazy. Topped with one finger of dens and moderately quick to settle head this beer smells very floral with the lavender tones coming through. The Lavender aroma is joined with a wheat, citrus and Saison-yeast tone that is clearly a saison but very unique. The body is light and fresh with the wheat notes leading into a very dry finish. The mid-section is where the lavender notes take charge and give a big, floral experience. The R&B Brewing Saison is a Spring Beer if there has ever been one. It is light and refreshing while giving a big floral nose like taking a walk in the park.
