Steel & Oak Brewing Weizenbock Review Steel & Oak Brewing Co. – Weizenbock Strong Wheat Beer Review

Steel &  Oak Brewing is driving forward with their German styled beers releasing their Weizenbock. This big, German wheat beer pours from the bomber bottle as a lightly clouded, amber colour with three full fingers of fluffy and lacing head. From the beer comes a wheat-centric aroma with notes of clove and spice. The aroma is smooth and spicy with a delicious and warming tone to it. Tasting the beer it has a fairly big body and a spicy flavour to it. A thick, wheat tone is matched with a banana and clove spice that gives great depth to this beer’s flavour. This Weizenbock is big and strong while also being smooth and enjoyable. A delicious German styled beer for the warming days of spring ahead.

Regrettably, I was there on Sunday, and they are already all out. They assured me it would be back, but could not say when.
