Off The Rail Brewing Co. – Raybuck Red Ale Review
From East Vancouver’s Off The Rail Brewing Company comes a Red Ale called the Raybuck. This beer pours from the bomber bottle as a reddish-brown colour with one finger of relatively thin head. A malty and rich aroma of buscuit, caramel and light hop bitterness hit the nose is a very smooth manner. The body is relatively light and the flavour is of roasted malts, biscuit tones, a light caramel sweetness and a touch of piney hops on the finish. Overall this is a rather malt-forward Red Ale that is both smooth and delicious. A great balance between the roasted malt tones and hop bitterness.
