Don’t read this label to quickly, those are two fs that you are seeing. This is the Scarfface Cranberry Orange Witbier from Phillips Brewing Company. This seasonal brew pours from the bomber bottle as a cloudy orange colour with two fingers of white, lacing head. The aroma is strong with orange-peel and wheat tones being reminiscent of a punch with big slices of orange in it. The cranberry tones are somewhat absent in the smell but seem to add a light sharpness to the aroma. The flavour brings a slight cranberry tartness to the orange-infused wheat beer. Light corriander spice adds to the ensemble making for a fruity and festive winter inspired beer. For a fruit forward beer the sweetness in the Scarfface is relatively low giving a citrus infusion and light, sessionable overall flavour.
