Red Arrow Brewing Kustom Kolsch Review Red Arrow Brewing Co. – Kustom Kolsch Review

Red Arrow Brweing has brewed up a Kolsch in their launch lineup of beers and it is called the Kustom Kolsch. This classic, sessionably styled beer comes in a bomber bottle and pours as a light golden colour with a thick finger’s worth of head. An aroma of malt and a honey sweetness give this Kolsch a slightly sweet aroma paired with a light, citrus hop note. The flavour is malty and that honey flavour comes through with relative strength. As a mid-sweet Kolsch, the malt flavours are up front and any hop content is relatively mild and blends into the background. As a relatively sweet Kolsch the beer is smoother than expected and the honey tones add a diverse flavour profile that is quite enjoyable.
