Howing Moon Craft Cider Review Howling Moon Craft Cider – Apple Cider Review

From the small town of Okanagan Falls in the heart of wine country comes an apple cider from the Howling Moon Craft Cider. As the first product to come from this cidery the Howling Moon pours from the 500ml bottle as a clear, slightly yellow colour. Very little carbonation is released from the cider when pouring with no head appearing atop the glass. From the glass a lightly sweet, lightly sour, apple tone comes in on the nose. In the flavour comes an off-dry cider with a bit more sweetness than typical and a light touch of green-apple sour to mix things up. A slight carbonation adds a bit of tingle to the tongue in this, enjoyable, sessionable and lightly sweet, BC cider product.
