Dead Frog 2014 Winter Beeracle Winter Ale Dead Frog Brewing Co. – 2014 Winter Beeracle Winter Ale Review

It’s back for 2014. The Dead Frog Winter Beeracle has been given a new recipe and a new label just in time for the holidays. This newly redesigned beer appears from the botttle as a deep and dark brown colour topped with a finger’s worth of dense and lacing head. The Winter Beeracle smells nutty with notes of clove and vanilla engulfing the senses. On the flavour side of the package this beer has a soft touch on the tongue with a big body of clove, chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut in a creamy, mid-sweet package. This is a big ans sweet winter ale which ads a touch more to the spice package making for a beer which has a big body, unique dark flavour and a certain warm-feeling to it. Give it a try and tell us what you think!
