Persephone Brewing Co. – Goddess Golden Ale Review

Persephone Golden Goddess Ale Review
Just in time for summer Persephone Brewing out of Gibsons British Columbia has entered the canned beer ranks with their Goddess Golden Ale. Sold in six packs of 355ml cans this beer is made for a summer on the go. Pouring from the decaled can the Goddess Golden Ale appears a golden straw colour topped with two fingers of head. Leaving a slight amount of lacing on the glass this beer smells of malt with a light sweetness and the faintest of hops. Overall the beer smells of a light, sessionable mild ale perfect for the summer ahead. The flavour is also malt forward with a light sweetness and a quaffable taste. Light on the tongue and easy to wonder where the beer just went the Persephone Goddess Golden Ale is a craft beer to enjoy all summer long on the beach, trail-side or just about anywhere else.
