Phillips Brewing Co. – Raspberry Wheat Ale Review>/h2>
The Raspberry Wheat is a summer seasonal option from Victoria’s Phillips Brewing Company. This fruity beer pours with two fingers of head above an amber-pink coloured ale. The smell is of Raspberry Jelly. A very sweet, candy like aroma comes through the head not saving room for much of anything else. Hops seem non-existent and the sweetness seems almost entirely fruit based. The Flavor is fairly carbonated and has a raspberry jelly sweetness to it. There are sour notes that balance the sweetness making for a more drinkable than expected ale. The raspberry notes are a little over the top here but if you want something sweet and summery to share with a friend then give this Phillips ale a try. If you don’t enjoy fruity beers then give this a pass.

Bottle jockey eh? My work is like a five min drive from there. Pretty good little liquor store.
