Mt Begbie Brewing Co. – Attilla The Honey Review

Atilla The Honey is a honey-amber ale that has come out of Revelstoke’s Mt Begbie Brewing Co. As an amber-copper coloured ale the beer pours with a single finger of quickly dispersing head. The glass is left clean of any signs of lacing as the beer settles. Smelling the beer it is sweet with toasted malt, honey and caramel. The flavour is light and airy with a smooth almost creamy texture. the honey sweetness is present but by no means overpowering giving room for the malted body and an almost vanilla-like taste compounding the smooth nature of the beer. This is an extremely easy drinking beer that has just the right enough sweetness to be enjoyable but not overbearing. This is definitely a beer that fits on top the already quality roster of beer coming from the Mt Begbie Brewing Company.
