Wolf Brewing Co. – Red Brick IPA Review

While the Wolf Brewing Co’s website may not be up and running the beer is flowing. The Red Brick is an IPA from the lineup of beers coming out of this Nanaimo based brewery. This beer poured in to the glass with two fingers of sticky head clinging to the glass after settling. The beer is amber coloured and gives off notes of toasted malt and a hop bitterness. The northwest style hop bitterness is paired with a mid-sweetness giving a balanced and easy drinking beer. The finish builds into a stronger that expected piney hop bitterness that urges for another taste.
