A robust nutty whack of the full-on strong personalities of malts and hops. There’s a bit of a wrestling match going on to see who’s nuttier, but they decide on a harmonious truce, and call for an alliance of flavours where no one is the conqueror and everybody wins. This beer can tango with a mellow pork pie, but it will also head-butt with the bold spice of Jerk chicken. If called upon it will make that last piece of stale dried-up pizza taste frigging amazing.

This one is Beelzebub, our big bad boy. It would drive a chromed-out Harley if it could. Devilishly bitter sweet. A Yank style IPA. Edgy, aggressive and opinionated. It totally epitomizes the new genre of North America IPAs. Light copper colour with an explosion of Summit, Cascade, and Simcoe & Amarillo hops. Despite its dominant hoppy eccentricity, the beer holds the road with a great balance between the malts & hops. Bring it on when you’re going to kill a plate of spicy Mexican enchiladas, kimchee cabbage rolls or you’re packing a food cart über hot dog back to the loft for dinner.

70 IBU *Super mucho dry hopping
We call this beer our crispy tart bombshell. It is a satisfying golden blond Canadian style ale. Nice long legs with a crisp dry clean finish. Just a flash of sweet. Very approachable. A subtle balance between malt & a blend of three North American hops. So highly drinkable you just might end the glass with a deep sigh. This beer loves nothing better than a monster bowl of fresh steamed clams, a midday brunch of smoked salmon eggs Benny, or a midnight fridge raid for something that’s not gone green that you can fire into the Panini grill.
