Overview

Parkside Brewery - Attack of the Cherry Stout Review Parkside Brewery – Attack of the Cherry Imperial Stout Review

To brew an imperial stout is one thing but to infuse it with cherries is a whole ‘nother ball game. The Attack of the Cherry Stout is just that and comes in 473ml cans and measures 8.3% alcohol. From said can, this beer is nearly black in colour and has two fingers of dense, coffee-brown coloured head. The aroma is rich and dark with notes of toffee, coffee and caramel along side a mellow black forest, cherry character. Sipping the beer the flavour starts off with toasted nuts and chocolate while building into a creamy cherry character that augments the chocolate notes. This is like a rich and decadent black forest cake in a can. You may not want to drink more than a can of this beer but you will surely enjoy the single one.

Alcohol – 8.3%
Size – 473mL
