A Beer Baron’s Noble Calling:

Stanley Park Brewery is looking for local Barons to join their team this summer!

As one of Lord Stanley’s Beer Barons, you will be a Brand Ambassador and integral part of our energetic PR and Marketing team. Based in Vancouver, Victoria, Okanagan, or Calgary you will be focused on increasing the brand awareness of Stanley Park Brewery.  Our Beer Baron’s will create impactful brand experiences and build relationships in the community through targeted social marketing with consumers and media.  As stewards for the brewery, these passionate advocates will introduce beer drinkers to the Stanley Park’s unique positioning, brand story, and the features of our progressive, eco-driven brewery … and of course share our locally crafted, globally inspired beer styles with the good people of BC and Alberta!

Are you one of Lord Stanley’s Beer Barons?

1. You are a big fan of beer, and you are engaged in the local brewing scene and understand the intricacies of the brewing process. Perhaps you even have a beer blog.
2. You are social media savvy, and you actively engage with the online community through quality, relevant, and current content.
3. You have a background in the hospitality industry, with previous serving or bartending experience, or retail alcohol beverage sales.
4. Have had experience, or are pursuing a career in beer.

Must haves:

• Passionate about beer
• Strong knowledge of Stanley Park Brewery and our beer line up
• High level of professionalism and motivation
• Self-Starter
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong reporting skills (weekly call reports, monthly recaps, & budget management)
• Industry experience preferred
• Post-secondary education (or currently enrolled)
• Must have own vehicle/transportation

• We are looking for Beer Barons in Vancouver (3), Okanagan (1), Victoria (1), and Calgary (1).
• Shifts are approximately 6-8 hours, requiring flexibility between Wednesday and Saturdays.
