Trading Post Brewing Vikram's Weizen Review Trading Post Brewery – Vikram’s Weissen Review

A collaboration between Vancouver icon Vikram Vij and Trading Post brewery has resulted in a limited release beer called Vikram’s Weissen. This beer is sold in 500ml bottles and is a slightly clouded, golden colour. The beer has a single finger of head and has an aroma of corriander, orange peal, and a slight skunkiness. Tasting the beer, the coriander comes through with strength alongside a peppery spice character. The orange-citrus notes add a touch of bitter-sweetness to the mix that balances out the flavour. This is light on the wheat tones for a weissbier but has a nice combination of citrus and spice to give a classic weiss flavour.
