Ravens Brewing Company in Abbotsford released their version of a Gose with added Lingonberry, Lime, and pink Himalayan salt.  The beer pours a thick, cloudy, peachy-orange with one finger of white head that leaves some lacing behind.  The aroma is of peach, lemon, and oranges, along with some prominent tartness, plus notes of berry and a lingering salinity.  In the mouth Corvus presents flavours of berry, lemon and stonefruit with a delightful, lasting herbal note.  The beer is initially very sour but almost immediately tempered with salinity giving an overall pleasant and flavourful experience.
