Hathi Brewing Coriander Pale Ale BottleHathi Brewing – Coriander Pale Ale Review

Hathi Brewing have brought out their newest Pale Ale with added coriander for an interesting twist.  The beer pours from the bomber bottle a cloudy golden colour with two fingers of lasting, white head that leaves behind plenty of lacing in the glass.  The aroma is of lime with cereal grains and herbal tones, along with some grass and wheat notes.  In the mouth this pale ale presents malt notes of grain and bread, coupled with citrus overtones, herbal notes and hints of spice.  The beer is lighter in body than expected and presents a crisp finish with no lingering bitterness making it a solid and enjoyable pale ale.

Alcohol – 5.2%
Size – 650mL

I really like what the Hathi guys are doing. The mix of Indian flavours into North American style beers are great.
