Tree Brewing Bluebird Lager ReviewTree Brewing Co. – Bluebird Lager Review

In the winter mix pack called Seasons Pass from Tree Brewing comes a lager called the Bluebird. This beer pours from the can as a golden-amber colour with three full finger of head which leaves light  lacing behind on the glass. The aroma from this beer is big in the malt category with a honey-like sweetness to it. Tasting the beer it too has a honey character in both the texture and flavour. The sweetness takes control of the beer and works with the malt character to make for a fairly smooth and lightly creamy lager. While the Bluebird is a bit sweet for a traditional lager it makes for an approachable beer that would be perfect to pair with a day on the slopes.

Alcohol – 5.0%
