Central City Brewing has updated the recipe of their Copper Ale and re-released it as a sessionable Amber Ale. The new Red Racer Amber pours from the 355mL can a clear copper colour with one finger of off-white head that leaves behind no lacing.   The beer’s aroma is prominently of caramel and crusty bread, with some trace buscuit aromas and herbal tones.  In the mouth Red Racer Amber offers caramel and buiscuit malt flavours, along with a slight floral note.  These floral hop tones meld into grass and herbal tones.  This medium bodied amber ale is easy drinking and straightforward, making it a good choice for a year-round enjoyable ale.

Alcohol – 5.0%
IBU – 25
Hops – Columbus, Centennial
