Left Field Cider Big Dry BottleLeft Field Cider – Big Dry Review

The Big Dry is Left Field Cider’s signature, traditional English-style dry cider.  Big Dry pours from the 500mL bottle a clear, light yellow with one finger of white head that dissipates quickly leaving no lacing.  The aroma is of tart apples, stone fruit, a hint of wood and some yeast.  Flavours of tart, cooked apples are prominent, and accompanied by flavour of yeast, pear and apricot.  In the mouth, the cider is quite dry and finishes quickly with a slight tart aftertaste.

Alcohol – 7.2%
Size – 500mL
