Our winter seasonal release is the Red Truck Red Pilsner. An amber twist on the Czech Pilsner tradition, our Red Pilsner is brewed with Czech pilsner yeast, and a unique combination of malted wheat and black malt to bring toasted flavours and a distinctive red hue. The aroma and bitterness are derived from 100% Simcoe hops, making it a showcase of earthy pine and citrus, a North American version of the traditional European flavor profile.
