Whistler Brewing - Peak To Pier Summer Wit ReviewWhistler Brewing Co. – Peak To Pier Summer Witbier Review

Whistler Brewing joined the likes of BC breweries that has teamed up with Tap & Barrel to brew an exclusive collaboration. The Peak To Pier is a Summer Witbier that shows off a new look for the Whistler Brewery. Pouring this beer from the bomber bottle it is cloudy and light gold in colour. Three full fingers of lacing head crests the top of the glass and emits a refreshing aroma of coriander, orange peel and wheat tones. From the aroma this beer is fruity, spicy and very refreshing. Taking a sip of the beer a peppery spice joins the coriander to up the beer’s game. This is along side the orange peel, citrus notes that add a light and fruity twist to the beer. The wheat character further lightens the body while giving a dry smoothness to the flavour. The Peak To Pier is easy drinking, flavourful and summer inspired.
