Dead Frog Obsidian Dagger IPA Noire Is Back For More

Obsidian Dagger IPA Noire Bottle ShotAldergrove, BC — The Obsidian Dagger IPA Noire is back again for a limited time only.

The Obsidian Dagger IPA Noire is a film noir inspired black IPA that perfectly balances huge hops and massive malts. “This brew has a lot to offer,” says Dead Frog Founder, Derrick Smith. “It’s dry hopped with Galaxy and Centennial, so it’s got big tropical fruit aroma, but it’s also got a complex malt base with flavours of roasted chocolate and espresso. We think we hit the balance perfectly, so both have a chance to shine, without overpowering each other.”

Brew Description
Sparks fly when bold and beautiful tropical hops meet a brazen and daring roasted malt base. The hop flavours and aroma of a powerhouse IPA are perfectly balanced with the depth and intricacy of a complex dark ale. The end result is an unforgettable experience you won’t want to miss. The alcohol percentage comes in at 6.5%.

The Obsidian Dagger IPA Noire is a single batch brew. It’s available now in liquor stores in BC in 650mL single bottles, for a limited time only.

Unpasteurized, preservative-free, and small batch brewed, Dead Frog beer is also available on draught in select pubs, restaurants, and for growler fills at the brewery. Follow us on Twitter @DeadFrogBrewery for announcements on
