Bomber Brewing Releases Tam O’Shanter Robbie Burns Tribute Wee Heavy
Bomber Brewing’s Collaboration Release is an Ode to Robbie Burns
TAM O’ SHANTER – Wee Heavy: Named for Robbie Burns’ favourite of his epic poems, this traditional Scotch Ale is a collaboration between Bomber Brewing and friends, Moody Ales. Brewed with Golden Promise, roasted barley, and Honey malts, Tam O’ Shanter was then kettle-caramelized, hopped with Golding hops, and left to condition for eight weeks before being bottled, unfiltered.
Enjoy this big beer with some sharp cheese, game bird, grilled meats, or lovely English trifle. Sweet and strong, Tam O’ Shanter is a beer for all occasions.
