Bridge Brewing Releasees Uganda Sipi Brown Ale and Fresh Hop Red IPA

The Bridge Brewing Company has released two seasonal beers in their fall lineup. The first is a Coffee-infused Brown Ale Called the Uganda Sipi. Number two on the release roster is a fresh hop beer. A Red IPA that is infused with the freshest of Magnum, Nugget, Cascade and Centennial Hops gives this beer a huge freshness with a Red Ale spice to go with it. Both of these beers are extremely limited and available at the brewery and select craft beer retailers. Get them now before it is too late!

Uganda Sipi Brown Ale

6.1% ABV, 28 IBU
This is a smooth, rich, and malty brown ale brewed with the addition of Uganda Sipi Falls coffee roasted by our good friends at Moja Coffee. The coffee beans were added after fermentation, leading to soft, slightly earthy, and fruity coffee aromas. The roasty character of the beer and the fruity spice notes of the Bramling Cross, Galena, Brewer’s Gold and Nugget hops used play well together, making this a great beer as the weather slowly turns.

Fresh Hop Red IPA

7% ABV, 80 IBU
This Fresh Hopped Red IPA was crafted with the help of over 500lbs of locally-grown hops, all used within hours of being picked. Magnum hops were used for a smooth but intense bittering, Nugget hops were used for a bit of zip and spiciness, and a huge amount of Cascade and Centennial hops were used for a blast of floral, citrus, and grapefruit aromas. The result is a hugely aromatic and one of a kind Red IPA that offers a taste of true hop flavour.
