Red Collar Brewing IPA ReviewRed Collar Brewing Co. – India Pale Ale Review

From Kamloops BC, The Red Collar Brewing Co has brewed up an IPA named just that, the India Pale Ale. From the bomber bottle this Okanagan beer pours as a golden-amber colour topped with a finger and a half of lacing head. From the beer comes a citrus and fresh hop bitterness with a nice malty body along side. The flavour is also crisp and fresh with a sharp hop bitterness that adds a lightness but also a distinct citrus spice to the mix. The Red Collar IPA is a well hoped IPA that has a medium body and a ton of flavour. IF this is what Kamloops is offering then it is time to make a trip to the Okanagan.
