The Project 9 Pilsner is Fernie Brewing Co’s go-to choice for the BC interior, hot days of summer. That said, this is a great beer to recover after a long day on the slopes as well. The Project 9 Pilsner pours from the 355ml can a golden-straw colour topped with three fingers of head. The aroma is light and crisp filled with pilsner malt. The flavour is light on the tongue and very refreshing. Smoother than you may expect, the malted tones are light with a strong traditional pilsner taste. This is a beer that is easy to drink, very refreshing and something that nearly anyone can enjoy. Craft beer snob or not, this is a beer that you will surely love!
