Overview

Whistler Beer Festival Collaboration ISA ReviewA a collaboration between the Whistler Brewing Company, Deep Cove Brewery and Harvesters of Organic Hops this is an Organic India Session Ale (ISA) brewed in preparation for the Whistler village Beer Festival. This collaborative effort was brewed in North Vancouver and appears a golden colour with three fingers of lightly lacing head. Through the head comes a lightly sweet and citrus hop scent filled with light notes of mango and peach. The flavour is light and crisp with malted notes leading up to the citrus-sweet hops. Achieving its goal of being light and sessionable this ISA is easy to drink but has some distinct and enjoyable flavours as well. High on the IBU’s for an ISA this beer is still quite light bodied and easy drinking. The Whistler Viallage Beer Festival Organic ISA is a perfect Summer beer to enjoy any afternoon of the week – especially if you are heading up to the Whistler Village Beer Festival in September!
