Phillips Brewing Co. – Hoperation Tripel Cross Belgian IPA Review

Phillips – Hoperation Tripel Cross Belgian IPA is a clear, golden colour with 2+ fingers of sticky head. Through this mid-thick cover layer comes smells of coriander, wheat and of course hops. The flavour is delightfully hoppy in a rather mellow manner. Balanced with wheat tones and a slight coriander flavour the taste rings of traditional Belgian IPA style. With a moderate floral flavour and a depth of citrus and hop this is another great tasting beer from Phillips brewery. Mellow for an IPA but very nice the Hoperation is a delicious Belgian style ale that is sessionable and flavourful.

Crisp, Hoppy and Delightful
