Following up on their original strawberry version the Juicy Double II is a white IPA brewed with Mango. This beer is golden-orange in colour, hazy and has virtually no head at all. The aroma is a hop bomb of citrus-pine, pineapple and mango. Tasting the beer it has nearly no carbonation and the flavour is a fruit basket of piney bitterness. The strength of the bitterness is quite intense while the low carbonation accentuates the attribute. There is a creamy sweetness to the beer as well which does help to cut the bitterness slightly. Along side the strong bitterness comes an aromatic fruit character that, like the aroma, consists of mango and pineapple. The flavour here is quite nice and hop heads can rejoice in the bitterness of 90 IBUs.
