Red Collar Brewing Revolver IPL Review Red Collar Brewing Co. – Revolver India Pale Lager Review

Taking a dry hopped approach to the lager style Red Collar has released the Revolver IPL. This beer is sold in 650ml bottles and is a crisp golden colour with two fingers of head. The aroma is crisp and lager-like with a Czech-pilsner like tone to it. If you were expecting a super-hoppy lager, this is not likely the beer you came for. Tasting the beer it is light on the tongue with a strong euro-style lager flavour. There is a mellow hop bitterness that is felt at the back of the palate while a mellow malt sweetness is up front. This is a classic, euro-style pilsner from Kamloops’ Red Collar Brewing.
